When I’m alone again

This is a poem I wrote a few years ago. As you can see in the tags, it is dedicated to 2 people: Michael Landon, who is my inspiration in life, and Michael Jackson, who I admire(d) a lot.

When I’m alone again

My life taken over by darkness

No one knows about my deep sadness

I haven’t changed my routine

I get up every morning

Put on my clothing

And a large fake grin

Who could guess

There’s so much loneliness

Behind such obvious happiness?

And when I’m alone again

When nobody sees me

I can be myself again

Let this injury bleed freely

And yet so lonely

What I feel inside

Is only mine

I call your name

Only silence answers me

Everything is now vain

You went away
