¡Y volvemos a sentirlo! Después de 18 años para ellos sin pisar Colombia, y después de más de 10 años para mi sin verlos en el escenario, se remedió.

And we felt it again! After 18 years without them coming to Colombia, and after more than 10 years without me seeing them on stage, it was solved.

Ante todo, agradecer a Marta quien me avisó antes de que me diera cuenta de que iban a venir... es que era The Rasmus... no podía faltar, ¡yo no!

First and foremost, I would like to thank Marta, who told me before I realized that they were going to come... and it was The Rasmus... I couldn't miss it!

El 25 de marzo, compré las entradas, las cuales estuvieron en la mesa, guardadas como oro en paño... y finalmente llegó el día: el 14 de mayo.

On March 25th, I bought the tickets, which were on the table, as a treasure on which my life depended... and finally, the day arrived: May, 14th.

Llegamos al Royal Center, donde se presentaban, a eso de las 7:30 y conseguimos estar cerca del escenario. Empezaron a las 08:30 en punto, tal y como estaba previsto, y en ese mismo momento, volví a sentir esa emoción y esa sensación de alegría extrema que me produce el ver a esta banda finlandesa.

We arrived to Royal Center at 07:30 pm, where the show would begin and we could be near the stage. They began at 08:30 sharp as planned and, at that precise moment, I felt again that emotion and that sensation of extreme happiness that seeing this band causes me.

Es que son muchos los recuerdos: cuando les descubrí, en un concierto organizado por Chupa Chups en Barcelona, España. En aquellos entonces, conocía algunas de sus canciones pero desconocía el nombre del grupo. En ese momento, me interesé por ellos y el resto es historia. Compré todos los discos y he de decir que desde "Dead Letters", me es imposible decir qué canción me gusta más: ¡no tienen ni una canción que no me guste!

The memories are many: when I discovered who they were in a concert organized by Chupa Chups in Barcelona, Spain. At that moment, I knew a few of their songs but I didn't know the name of the group. It's when I began to feel interested by who they were, and the rest is history. I bought all the CDs and I have to say that since "Dead Letters", it is impossible for me to decide which song I like the most: there isn't any I don't like!

Luego, en el 2009, los vi en la Razzmatazz de Barcelona... y allí, después de gozar el concierto a tope, nos quedamos con amigas un momento en la salida y salieron a saludar los pocos fans que quedaban entonces. Y, después de traducir lo que otros fans querían hacerles saber, llegó el momento de la foto... El mismo año, viajé hasta Gijón, España para verles allí también.

Then, in 2009, I saw them in the Razzmatazz hall in Barcelona... and there, after enjoying the concert to the most, we stayed with friends at the exit, and the band came to greet the few fans who were still there. And, after translating what other fans wanted to tell them, the moment of the photo arrived... That same year, I travelled to Gijón, Spain, to see them again.

Unos años más tarde,  en 2012, en la sala Salamandra de Barcelona, de nuevo los vi, y a la salida fue cuando Lauri firmó la foto que habíamos tomado unos años antes (y tomamos otra).

A few years later, in 2012, in the Salamandra hall in Barcelona, I saw them again and, at the exit, Lauri signed the photo we had taken a few years earlier (and we took another one).

¿Qué decir de este concierto de Bogotá? Estoy sin palabras, sencillamente, la sensación es indescriptiblemente excepcional. Espero poder volver a vivirlo muy pronto, y ojalá exista la opción de tener un Meet and Greet en la próxima ocasión. Adoro sus canciones, su música, sus acordes, su show, su sencillez, su buena vibra, ¡todo!

What can I say about this concert in Bogota? I am speechless, the sensation is indescribably and simply outstanding. I hope I can live that again very soon, and hopefully the option of getting a Meet and Greet in the next concert arises. I love their songs, their music, their chords, their show, their simplicity, their good vibes, everything!
